Talk about image aquirement and reproduction! Here we have a scan of copy (which I modified) of a text book reproduction (Fig.4.1, Pg.144) of a photograph of Alice Liddel ('Alice in Wonderland') taken by Julia Margaret Cameron, and titled 'Pomona' (1872). I'm sure my good friend Paul M. will appreciate the Duchampian touch. The caption reads 'Here in my hand, I hold your brain'.

This image first took shape as a 16"x20" woodblock. With Rouault's assistance problems were overcome, and now this image takes shape in painted form as part of a grid show due to open in the Pearl later this summer (Along with 149 other pieces, all on a common theme).
