This reduction block print (series of 7) is a visual representation of how some artists, or perhaps creative people in general approach relationships. It is in honor (if such a word may be used in reference to a sort of anti-hero) of those with imaginations given to fanciful notions; who prematurely commit too much of themselves to a thing that doesn't really exist outside themselve. Or at least those who are simply better at reading books than they are at reading people. Maybe no one notices and we're still safe.Whose to say reading Mansfield Park and Fear and Trembling compounds or alleviates this so called problem? One cannot be always refocusing his imagination on adventures such as flying a Dornier Wal north over the Gulf of Bothnia... or making a living as an artist.
